Mesin B18C berkapasitas 1.800 cc 4-silinder milik Integra Type R kini mendekam di engine bay Civic Ferio ini.

Mesin ini juga diberi ubahan, seperti header Mugen JASMA, part Skunk2 Racing, dan harness engine Rywire Mil-spec menjaga ruang mesin tertata rapi.
Standarnya mesin Integra Type R ini bisa mengembuskan tenaga 195 dk di 8.000 rpm dan torsi sebesar 176 Nm di 5.700 rpm.
Namun dengan sederet ubahan diatas, Tomoyuki Sasaki yakin kalau powernya bisa tembus lebih dari 200 dk.
