Penggemar Motorsport ini juga punya selera tinggi soal modifikasi. Dan lewat tangan dinginnya lahir Honda Civic EG6 Estilo berpenggerak All Wheel Drive (AWD).
"Ini Honda Civic Estilo AWD (All Wheels Drive) turbo pertama di Indonesia," buka Reindy, pemillik mobil.
Mengejar ambisinya berbagai rombakan gila dilakukan mulai mesin hingga transmisi.
Sebut saja mesin yang telah menggunakan H23a1 JDM version berkapasitas 2.300 cc.
Pemilihan mesin H23 dilakukan Reindy bukan asal bikin mobil kencang, tapi jelas ada alasan tersendiri.
"Alasan pertama pakai H23 karena mesinnya badak, terus terang dia spare part engine-nya harganya lebih oke, dibanding yang lain. Jadi ini percobaan pertama yang penting form-nya semua berfungsi dengan baik," terang Reindy.
Tujuan Reindy melakukan ini supaya tetap safety alias mesin tidak jebol, "Untuk internal engine kita ganti hampir semua. Blok mesin kita pakaikan Filler Block, karena ini mobil mau di-boost sampai 2,8 nah supaya aman kita pakai Filler Block," ulasnya lebih detil.
"Internal racing pakai JE. Turbo pakai Precision PTE 6588 CEA gen2, dikonfigurasi pakai intercooler Speed Factory, ini spek tertingginya Speed Factory yang bisa menampung sampai 1.000 HP. Dan turbonya pun support sampai sekitar 800 HP," terang Reindy.
"Ini horse power-nya 628 DK, dyno di Rev Engineering. Torsi di angka sekitar 800 Nm," jelasnya.
"Ada beberapa penambahan baru, jadi kita sekarang udah pakai NOS. Ini udah diatur sama Haltech. Jadi saya gunakan NoS ini untuk spulling up, dimana boost-nya belum mencapai target NOS-nya bisa aktif selama kita pencet. Tapi setelah dia mencapai target meskipun kita pencet (NoS) dia tetap safety," terang reindy mendetail.
Suplai tenaga ini dikirim melalui transmisi manual 5 percepatan dari Honda CR-V Gen1, lengkap dengan transfercase CR-V Gen1.
Yang lebih gilanya lagi, ia juga memasang drive shaft yang mampu menahan tenaga sampai 1.000 DK.
